Job Description
We\'re looking for a business director to lead a major client of the Comms agency and a client servicing team that consists of: Account Director, 2 Managers, 1 Sr. AE and 1 AE.You should have the following experience: * Experience running Global strategic campaigns for clients with a global reach
- Ideally the candidate should have experience working with government accounts/clients
- Experience in complex productions/ shoots
- Ability to work well and focus under stress or short timelines
- Ability to work with client\'s partner agencies like Media, PR, etc,\xe2\x80\xa6
- A track record of supervising big campaigns from strategy all the way to execution and managing a big client servicing team
- A track record of establishing strong relationships with clients - reference letters from clients are needed
- It\'s important for the Business Director to have strong EQ and the ability to manage clients, internal stakeholders and direct team members and guide/lead them
- The flexibility to work from Abu Dhabi when needed, Client is based there and the candidate needs to spend time in their offices when needed.
