:Lead and manage the client servicing team to deliver high-quality service and meet client expectations.Develop and execute global strategic campaigns for clients with a global reach.Work closely with government accounts/clients to understand their needs and deliver effective solutions.Oversee complex productions and shoots, ensuring all projects are completed on time and within budget.Collaborate effectively with the client\xe2\x80\x99s partner agencies, including Media, PR, etc.Supervise large-scale campaigns from strategy to execution, ensuring seamless delivery and client satisfaction.Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing exceptional service and support.Manage client relationships with high emotional intelligence, handling internal stakeholders and direct team members with empathy and leadership.Be flexible to work from Abu Dhabi when needed, as the client is based there and requires on-site presence.Maintain a healthy culture within the agency by fostering a positive attitude, encouraging a collaborative approach, and working well with the strategy and creative teams.Build strong relationships with all team members.RequirementsBachelor\'s degree in Marketing or a related field.
At least 8 years of client servicing experience, including a minimum of 1 year as a Business Director, with multinational creative agencies.
Experience running global strategic campaigns for clients with a global reach.Ideally, experience working with government accounts/clients.Experience in complex productions/shoots.Ability to work well and maintain focus under stress or short timelines.Ability to work effectively with client\xe2\x80\x99s partner agencies like Media, PR, etc.Proven track record of supervising big campaigns from strategy to execution and managing a large client servicing team.Proven ability to establish strong relationships with clients \xe2\x80\x93 reference letters from clients are required.Strong EQ with the ability to manage clients, internal stakeholders, and direct team members, guiding and leading them effectively.Flexibility to work from Abu Dhabi when needed.UAE experience is preferred.Fluency in English is required; proficiency in Arabic is a plus.
