As a Business Development Manager, you will be responsible for identifying and securing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and achieving sales targets. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in freight and logistics, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record of sales success.Responsibilities: * Identify and prospect potential clients in the freight and logistics industry.
Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients.
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve targets and increase revenue.
Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients.
Prepare and deliver presentations to clients, showcasing the company\'s services and solutions.
Negotiate and close sales agreements with clients.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends, market developments, and competitors.
Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and customer satisfaction.
Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for management.
Attend industry events and conferences to network and generate leads.
Preferred Candidate: * Minimum of 4 years of experience in business development within the freight and logistics industry.
Proven track record of achieving sales targets and generating new business.
Strong knowledge of the freight and logistics market in Dubai, UAE.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
Valid UAE driving license.
