Business Development- Wyred (Target)
Primary responsibilities:
.Build brand awareness and position Wyred as a trusted partner for digital marketing services.
.Drive conversions by showcasing the value and impact of Wyred's Digital solutions.
.Identify decision-makers in Kuwait and GCC region who are seeking digital marketing services.
.Responsible for hunting/prospecting and closing business at all revenue levels across assigned territory.
.Grows and manages a balanced pipeline across assigned territory to achieve new business revenue growth.
.Oversees negotiations and ensures pricing, profitability, operation, contract, and on-boarding requirements are achieved.
.Generates new business leads for all service lines and partner throughout sales cycle.
.Meets all KPI/Activity requirements as outlined by management.
.Prospect, qualify, prove, and close stages of the digital marketing sales process Mandatory experience with CRM Tools such as Zoho CRM, and Salesforce, Lead generation tools such as Lusha, and Marketing automation such as Hubspot.
.Develop a growth strategy focused on acquiring new clients and agencies across industries
.Build the Wyred tribe - contribute and supervise/ create content for social media pages and work towards promoting the brand Wyred.
Requirements
Desired Skills:
.Proven Business Development experience working in digital marketing agency is preferred
.Established Network in UAE/GCC/ Kuwait market is a plus
.Stays updated with the latest digital marketing tools, platforms, and industry best practices
.Experience in selling services. Marketing and Web selling services experience is a plus.
.Proven sales track record.
.End-to-end knowledge of digital marketing solutions available in the market.
.Experience in lead generation and conversion.
.Industry experience in advertising/ media/ entertainment/ digital marketing/ events preferred.
.Proficient with Microsoft Office, Google Suite Products.
.Fluency in English is a must and knowing Arabic will be plus.

Qualification: Graduate or Post graduate
Experience: 3+yrs Business development/ sales specialist from a Digital marketing agency preferred
