Location: Dubai, Silicon Oasis

Salary: 4000 - 5000 AED per month

Emirati or local national preferred.

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Business Development Trainee to join our team. As a part of Business Development, you will be responsible for expanding our client base and growing our business within the domains of marketing (offline & Digital), Influencer marketing, and PR services. This role is crucial in driving our company's growth through strategic initiatives and client acquisition.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify potential clients and key decision-makers within target companies.
• Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their needs and objectives.
• Pitch services to new clients, negotiate contracts, and close agreements to achieve sales targets.
• Collaborate with the operations team to ensure delivery of high-quality services to clients.
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and follow-ups.
• Prepare proposals, presentations, and other sales materials as needed.
• Research and stay updated on industry trends to identify new opportunities for growth.
• Meet weekly, monthly, and annual sales targets and KPIs.

Requirements:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong organizational and time management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency in MS Office.
• Emirati or local national preferred.

Additional Requirements:

• Ability to submit required documents and reports promptly.
• Regular performance reviews based on KPIs and targets.
• Daily attendance via biometric, face recognition, or location-based apps.
• Commitment to working 5 days a week, from 9 am to 6 pm.
