And, by using globally leading technologies, we create innovative energy and smart solutions that help to make the world a better place.Reporting LineThe Business Development Support position reports 50% to the Head of Business Development of FGBU as well as 50% to the Head of Business Development for Renewables.Key AccountabilitiesSupport to Business Development teams (both R-GBU and Flex Gen) which includes:
Management of Expression of Interest requests and Request for Qualification
Prepare PQ's SOQ & LOI's for RGB and FlexGen
Support the Asset AMEA region as and when requested for Prequalification, Bid Submissions
Bid preparations (this may require travel within the AMEA region)
Actively involve with the Developers from the beginning of releasing the RFP to prepare the bid deliverables, distribution of RFPs, timeline, finalising the ToC, logistics and finally compiling bid portal or manually
After the knowledge sharing and training of 1 year on the multiple bids (min 3-4 bids), independently compiling the bid
Asist the Business Developer to submit clarifications for Financial Close phase after the bid submission
Preparing database i.e. the Project Bible & handing over project documents to the project company during the Financial close
Update/maintenance of GROW database
SPOC administrator for AMEA to manage GROW
One on one training to the End-user, managing licenses withing the AMEA region
Trouble shoot, navigate and coordinate to make the tool user friendly
Timely follow-up on updating the project sheet, uploading key documents as and when the project progresses
Organization and management of BD files in Teams/SharePoint
Coordinating to upload all the key documents on GROW and also on SharePoint and managing the access rights
Understanding the requirements of documentation by interacting with various developers and mapping the \'existing\' or \'as is\' process and design the \'to be\' process
Establishing a robust office-wide document management solution/software in collaboration with the user groups and IT function
Migrating the existing archive to the common agreed SharePoint Platform
Organization of the committees (Origination, Development, Investment, Decision Gates, REX, etc)
Manage the Agenda for organising various approvals
BD Support to the team and internal stakeholders
Attending Internal Audits for BD with the other Business Developers
SPOC for creating projects in SAP for BD, having one-on-one monthly meeting with finance to give updates on the ongoing projects Budget vs actual, third party invoicing (External and the Project Consortium Partners)
Updating project pipeline excel sheet
