Our client is one of the only language service providers in the MENA region with a team of dedicated in-house Arabic translation professionals. They provide on-demand, word-perfect English into Arabic translation services to leading organizations with essential requirements.


Position: Business Development Specialist (Translation Industry)

Responsibilities:

• Identify new Localization, Translation and Subtitling opportunities
• Develop new relationships to help grow market's share
• Source and close new deals through cold calling, networking, referrals and face-to-face meetings
• Manage each phase of the sales process from open to close
• Create proposals, manage and control pricing and contractual issues
• Maintain long term relationships with clients by delivering superior service
• Ability to identify, qualify and act on prospect leads
• Experience in Localization & Subtitling Industry
• Self-motivated and pro-active



• Requirements:
• At least Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Business or any related field
• Fluent English (written and verbal skills), Arabic language is a plus
• At least 5 years of demonstrated sales experience in a "hunting" environment Sales life cycle experience from lead generation through closing Proven track record in achieving sales targets
• Excellent presentation, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
• Effective time management skills and attention to detail
• Preferred location: Dubai or Abu Dhabi
• Job Types: Full-time, Permanent with Commission
