Key Responsibilities:
1. Customer Acquisition & Relationship Building:
• Focus on identifying, acquiring, and developing new customers in specific markets, targeting sectors such as manufacturing, construction, and distribution.
• Proactively engage with potential clients through networking, cold calling, digital outreach, and in-person meetings.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders in target industries.
• Regularly visit to meet potential and existing customers, conduct negotiations, and assess market opportunities.
• Foster long-term relationships with customers to drive repeat business and increase market share.
2. Sales & Revenue Growth:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to penetrate the market and achieve revenue growth.
• Manage the complete sales process, including lead generation, presenting tailored proposals, negotiating pricing and terms, and closing deals.
• Ensure that all sales targets and performance metrics are consistently met or exceeded.
3. Market Research & Analysis:
• Conduct detailed market research to identify new opportunities, keeping track of trends, competitor activities, and customer demands.
• Continuously analyze customer feedback and market data to refine strategies for customer acquisition.
4. Product Knowledge & Expertise:
• Have a comprehensive knowledge of steel products, particularly HRC, CRC, HDGC coils, and stainless steel, to effectively communicate product value and address customer needs.
• Collaborate with the technical and production teams to ensure customer-specific requirements are met.
5. Business Development Strategy:
• Develop and execute a tailored business development strategy focused on expanding the company's presence in a market.
• Identify potential partners and business opportunities, including strategic alliances or joint ventures.
• Attend industry events, trade shows, and exhibitions to network and generate leads.
6. Reporting & Collaboration:
• Prepare detailed reports on customer acquisition efforts, sales performance, and market insights.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to design targeted campaigns aimed at attracting new customers in a market.
•Qualifications & Requirements: •
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Engineering, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development or sales, ideally in the steel industry.
• Strong experience in customer acquisition and relationship management.
• Proven ability to generate leads and close deals in international markets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to travel frequently for customer visits and business development activities.
• Fluent in English; proficiency in Urdu is mandatory.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.
Salary: Base Salary + commission .
