We are a dynamic and growing company offering a cutting-edge application for booking football fields. Our mission is to simplify field bookings and help field owners maximize their revenues. We are currently looking for a talented and driven Business Development Specialist to join our team and play a key role in expanding our network of field owners.

Job Responsibilities:

• Create a professional and visually appealing company profile that effectively showcases the app's features and benefits.
• Develop creative and engaging presentations tailored to the needs of football field owners.
• Build strong relationships with football field owners and communicate the value of joining our platform.
• Schedule and conduct meetings with field owners to explain the app's features and advantages.
• Present and demonstrate the app in a clear, professional, and compelling manner to potential partners.
• Follow up with potential clients, addressing their questions and concerns to close deals.
• Collaborate with the internal team to refine sales pitches and marketing materials.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with a proven ability to influence and persuade.
• Experience in preparing creative and professional presentations using tools like PowerPoint or Canva.
• A flair for creativity with a keen eye for design and detail.
• Excellent organizational skills and time management abilities.
• Proactive and goal-oriented with the ability to work independently.
• Previous experience in sales, business development, or a related field is a plus.
• Familiarity with technology and mobile applications.
• Fluency in both Arabic and English is required. Proficiency in additional languages is a plus.

• Competitive base salary.
• Commission for every football field that joins the platform.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Contract
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 6 - 8 per week
