Position: Business Development Specialist / Sales Specialist
Location: Dubai, UAE

Reports to: Sales Manager
Key Responsibilities:
1. Sales Strategy Development:
~Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base.
~Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated on industry trends.
2. Client Relationship Management:
~Build and maintain strong, long-lasting customer relationships.
~Understand needs and provide solutions to meet their requirements.
3. Business Development:
~Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the armored vehicle market.
~Develop and execute plans to penetrate new and increase market share.
4. Sales Operations:
~Manage the entire sales cycle from prospecting to closing deals.
~Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations and proposals to potential clients.
5. Collaboration and Coordination:
~Work with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
~Coordinate with the production and engineering teams to ensure customer requirements are met.
6. Reporting and Analysis:
~Monitor and analyse sales performance metrics to identify areas for improvement.
~Prepare reports on sales activities, pipeline status, and revenue forecasts.
7. Compliance and Documentation:
~Ensure all sales activities comply with company policies and industry regulations.
~Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
Qualifications:
~Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
~Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in sales within the armored vehicle industry.
~Strong understanding of the armored vehicle market and industry trends.
~Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
~Proven ability to drive the sales process from plan to close.
~Strong business acumen and strategic thinking skills.
~Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite.

A potential client, a government agency, is interested in purchasing a fleet of armored vehicles for high-risk operations. You are responsible for securing this deal.
