WEMS HR Solutions is seeking a driven and resourceful Business Development Specialist to join our growing team. In this role, you will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the manpower and staffing industry.
Responsibilities:
• Prospect and identify potential clients within the assigned industry verticals.
• Develop and implement targeted outreach strategies to generate new business leads.
• Conduct in-depth market research to stay current on industry trends and competitor offerings.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers at potential and existing client companies.
• Understand client needs and develop customized staffing solutions that address their specific challenges.
• Negotiate and close contracts, ensuring profitability and client satisfaction.
• Manage and nurture existing client relationships to secure repeat business and referrals.
• Prepare compelling presentations and proposals to showcase WEMS HR Solutions' value proposition.
• Develop and maintain a strong network of industry contacts and partners.
• Track and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to lead generation and sales.
Qualifications:
• Minimum 5 years of experience in business development, sales, or a related field.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving business objectives.
• Strong understanding of the manpower and staffing industry, with a focus on [Target Industry (e.g., FM, IT, Healthcare, Logistics, Oil & Gas)].
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to build rapport and trust with clients at all levels.
• Highly motivated, self-directed, and results-oriented with a strong work ethic.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Experience with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software a plus.
