Position Overview:

Synergy University Dubai is seeking Business Development Specialists (both Interns and Full-time positions) who are currently enrolled at universities in Dubai. This is an exciting opportunity for students interested in business development, sales, and market expansion. As an intern, you will support the sales department in identifying growth opportunities, building relationships with clients, and contributing to the university's strategic business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

Conduct in-depth research to identify potential business opportunities, emerging markets, and industry trends. Assist in identifying and generating leads for student recruitment, reaching out to prospective students and educational partners. Contribute to the development of business strategies and approaches for expanding Synergy University's presence and partnerships. Support the team in preparing sales presentations, proposals, and marketing materials for business development purposes. Help organize and participate in events, webinars,expos and other business development initiatives aimed at expanding Synergy University Dubai's market reach.

Requirements:

Currently enrolled as a student at a university in Dubai, preferably in business, marketing, management, or related fields. Students from other fields are also encouraged to apply. Strong interest in business development, sales, and strategic growth. Excellent communication skills in English (both verbal and written); knowledge of additional languages is a plus. Strong analytical and research skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and comfortable using online research tools. Creative, proactive, and eager to learn. Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative team.

Salary Range:

The pay scale for both interns and full-time positions will be determined based on interview performance and prior experience.
