Job Summary:
We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Business Development and Recruitment Specialist to join our HR consultancy. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities while managing the end-to-end recruitment process to attract and hire top talent for our clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the HR landscape, exceptional communication skills, and the ability to think strategically and creatively.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Development:
• Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, potential clients, and new business opportunities within the HR consultancy sector.
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients, understanding their needs and tailoring services accordingly.
• Prepare compelling business proposals and presentations to secure new clients and contracts.
• Collaborate with the leadership team to develop and execute a comprehensive sales strategy that aligns with the company's goals.
• Identify and establish strategic partnerships with complementary businesses to enhance service offerings and expand the client base.
• Monitor and analyze sales metrics and performance, providing regular reports to management on progress and areas for improvement.
• Represent the company at industry conferences, workshops, and networking events to promote brand visibility and credibility.
Recruitment:
• Collaborate with clients to understand their hiring needs and create detailed job descriptions that reflect the requirements of the positions.
• Utilize various sourcing methods to identify potential candidates, including job boards, social media, networking events, and referrals.
• Conduct initial screening interviews to assess candidate qualifications, skills, and cultural fit, followed by coordinating interviews with clients.
• Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing updates and feedback to ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Facilitate the offer process, including salary negotiations and contract discussions, ensuring both client and candidate expectations are met.
• Build and maintain a talent pipeline for future hiring needs, leveraging networking and relationship-building skills.
• Track and analyze recruitment metrics to measure the effectiveness of sourcing strategies and improve recruitment processes.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant labor laws and regulations related to recruitment and hiring practices.

Qualifications:
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Marketing, or a related field. A Master's degree or relevant certifications (e.g., CIPD, SHRM) are a plus.
• Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of experience in business development and recruitment, preferably within an HR consultancy or agency setting.
• Knowledge: Strong understanding of HR practices, regulations, and market dynamics in the UAE.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.

• Language: Proficiency in English; knowledge of Arabic is an advantage.
