Position Title: Business Development Executive
Location: Cha Cha Chai, Roast & ZAD Food Store
Job Summary:
Missan Group of Companies is seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive to join our team. The primary objective of this role is to increase sales and drive business growth by identifying and securing new opportunities. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, marketing, and business development, with a passion for the food and beverage industry.
Key Responsibilities:
• Sales Growth:
• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve and exceed sales targets.
• Identify new business opportunities, including new markets, growth areas, trends, customers, and partnerships.
• Generate leads and cold call prospective customers.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and potential customers to encourage repeat business.
• Market Research:
• Conduct market research to identify new business opportunities and stay updated with industry trends.
• Analyze competitor activities and adjust strategies accordingly to maintain a competitive edge.
• Customer Engagement:
• Plan and oversee new marketing initiatives.
• Engage with customers to understand their needs and preferences, and provide solutions that meet their requirements.
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service.
• Collaboration and Networking:
• Network with other businesses and stakeholders to establish beneficial relationships.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
• Participate in industry events, conferences, and exhibitions to promote the cafe and generate leads.
• Reporting and Analysis:
• Prepare and deliver sales forecasts and reports to the management team.
• Monitor and report on sales performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Track and analyze the effectiveness of business development initiatives.
• Ethical Conduct:
• Adhere to the company's Ethics and Moral Code of Conduct.
• Ensure all business dealings are conducted with integrity and transparency.
• Avoid any conflicts of interest and maintain confidentiality of all sensitive information.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven experience in sales, marketing, or business development, preferably in the food and beverage industry.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• High level of integrity and professionalism.
