PRIMARY PURPOSE
• The Business Development Officer is responsible for providing support to the BDM to support growth strategies of the internal and external stakeholders.
• The role function incorporates extending support of the internal business process development across various departments & assist in execution of the external stakeholders' requirements.
RESPONSIBILITIES
01. Introduce Company Development & Consultancy Services/Special Projects/Concepts to new & existing client database.
02. Supports the business development efforts to build the pipeline, maintain, and mine existing client database and cross-referrals across Real Estate sector /companies.
03. Prepares and supports delivering presentations to potential new clients as per the direction from the BD Manager.
04. Continuously follow up on running project status & new project developments
05. Understanding client needs, answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions
06. Assisting in drafting RFP responses to client requests for proposals.
07. Handling communication for the new business agreements at corporate level
08. Developing and sustaining solid relationships with company stakeholders and clients.
09. Providing valuable inputs & insights into product development and competitive positioning.
10. Assisting BD Manager to develop project feasibility studies & business plans for real estate developments & special projects.
11. Analyzing project financial data and assisting in developing business proposals.
12. Conducting market research to identify market needs & new business opportunities
13. Support in development of project comparison model & project USP's to support the Sales & Marketing team & identify the product target audience
14. Coordinates all efforts from the other BD functions and team members as per directions from the BD Manager.
15. Provides Business Development support for all new expansion initiatives and new investments.
16. Responsible for archiving & keeping confidential all BD related documents, proposals, presentations, reports and offers.
17. Assist in business development department workflow development & continuous process improvement on all levels as per directions from the BD Manager.
18. Assist in drafting the company policies & procedures.
19. Coordinate with Marketing Department to ensure smooth execution of requested assignments supporting various functions & special projects.
20. Assisting the BD Manager in training, and guiding business development staff.
21. Attending conferences, meetings, and industry events
22 .Takes Health, Safety & Environment (HSE) lead in ensuring "safe systems of work" and "safe conditions" are in place within area of responsibility.
23. Performs other similar or related duties as required or assigned by management.
QUALIFICATIONS & EXPIERENCE
Educational Requirements / Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in business management or administration, finance, accounting, marketing, or related field.
Experience:
• 2+ years' experience working in a development role.
Skills and Competencies:
• Proven experience working as a business development officer or similar role.
• Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications.
• The ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent analytical, problem-solving and management skills.
• Exceptional negotiation and decision-making skills.
• Effective communication skills.

Pay: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month
