• Planning and execution of commercial strategies, focused on increasing business results, in all verticals of the company.
• Manage a high-level commercial relationship with partners and stakeholders.
• Have a 360 view of the business, strategically, commercially and analytically, to be able to take partners to the next level.
• Develop monitoring processes for projects and measure their impact on the business.
• Be in permanent contact with the different units of the company in each of the countries where we operate, to understand local needs, adopting the best practices, solutions and detecting opportunities.
• Investigate and be informed of new trends and tools in the world of Quick Commerce.
• Interact with Headquarters to align the local strategy with the regional and global strategy.
• Seek new business opportunities by developing, coordinating and implementing plans designed to increase existing ones and identify new opportunities.
• Take organizational growth initiatives related to the local and regional market according to the target partner segments, as well as the company\xe2\x80\x99s potential to satisfy their needs through various products and services.
• Recurrence in presentation of results, for local and regional teams based on the achievements and milestones achieved according to the main KPIs of the role.
• Ensure continuous improvements in processes, ensuring the P&L strategy and its proper execution.
• Monitoring the financial, sales and operational performance of the commercial team.

Job Requirements

• Professional graduated in BA, Industrial Engineering, Finance, Economics, or similar.
• Minimum experience of 8 years in commercial positions or business development, with developed leadership, coaching and motivation skills for high-performance teams.
• Experience in industries, retail or finance is ideal. Experiences in E-Commerce industries would be a plus.
• Data driven profile with extensive knowledge of the socioeconomic context of the country and related industries (restaurants, supermarkets, retail, etc.).
