Our stores are positioned on the back of a rickshaw, with well-trained live baristas to serve freshly brewed gourmet coffee and freshly baked tasty treats.
Currently we are operating 10 stores in different part of Dubai and plan to expand more in months to come. We have head office at Business Bay, Sol Bay building.

Job Purpose
The main purpose of the job is to develop Hadero business thought deploying the latest trend in sales and marketing. Promoting the hadero band through different conventional and digital marketing channels. Propose and implement strategies to increase the sales revenue and the market share of Hadero Coffee Company.
The Sr. Executive will be the go-to person for the day-to-day development for the Bean & Capsules business. As a representative of the brand Hadero's FMCG division, he will also be envisioned with a task to develop the corporate market segment within Dubai and other Emirates.
We would anticipate the applicant will have a solid hands-on experience from this industry, and the capacity to start pushing our FMCG products from the 1st month onwards. The applicant must come with his own vehicle. Basic points to consider on the will be visiting corporate and government offices, scheduling meetings, product presentations, coffee trials, and eventually securing orders. Applicant will also have a set target on monthly basis.
Responsibilities
- Conduct market research to identify selling possibilities and evaluate customer needs
- Actively seek out new sales opportunities through cold calling, networking and social media
- Set up meetings with potential clients and listen to their wishes and concerns
- Prepare and deliver appropriate presentations on products and services
- Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
- Ensure the availability of stock for sales and demonstrations
- Participate on behalf of the company in exhibitions or conferences
- Negotiate/close deals and handle complaints or objections
- Collaborate with team members to achieve better results
Achieve the assigned monthly/annual sales targets
Requirements and Skills
- Gather feedback from customers or prospects and share with internal teams
- Proven experience as a Sales Executive or relevant role
- Proficiency in English
- Excellent knowledge of MS Office
- Hands-on experience with CRM software is a plus
- Thorough understanding of marketing and negotiating techniques
- Fast learner and passion for sales
- Self-motivated with a results-driven approach
- Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations
- High school degree
- Preferably knows how to drive and with own car

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
