? Use online marketing surveys, such as social media and property listing websites, to reach a wider audience of prospective rented or leasing space in different malls.

? Plan for a visit to the local area at where the leasing space is available to conduct the discussion with the property management person and gather information about lease terms and application processes.

? Keeping track of expenditure of the leasing space, preparing financial reports, and maintaining accurate records of lease agreements, property owner information, and other property-related documents.

? Stay up-to-date of the new changes in laws and regulations that may impact the leasing process, such as fair housing laws, and ensuring that the organization complies with them. Advise the management of such new changes and its implications

Job Requirements

1. Diploma/ Graduate holder with 3-5 years of experience and minimum of 2 years in retail retail leasing experience in commercial property company ,preferable from top tier company like EMAAR or MAF or related leasing BD experience in a well-known retail company.

2. Proven experience as a leasing agent or in a similar role.

3. Should have strong communication skills to interact with customers, clients, and other organization members.

4. Should be proficient in using computer programs such as Microsoft Office and property management software.
