Compensation for this job is Salary AED 5-8K + Commission 2-5% of gross sales

Deco House LLC, is a technology startup specialized in home automation and building management solutions.

We are technology distributors for several technologies, and are developing a new innovative solution for automating and managing hospitality and institutional buildings.

We are looking for a unique candidate that has both a strong track record in sales, and is also very tech savvy.

Candidates will be tested on their superior communication skills, rapport, technical skills, and efficiency.

This job offers both a salary and commission + Work related commute compensation, Benefits, and has flexibility in terms of work location.

Job requirements;

• Minimum 3 years experience in sales and business development
• Must have own can and a valid driver license in the UAE
• Must have a minimum of 3 years experience in administration
• Superior time management and task management skills
• Teck savvy, aware of new technologies, and knows how to trouble shoot technical problems on computer hardware and software
• Expert in preparing presentation and professional proposals [Sample required]
• Perfect in spoken and written English
• Charismatic, courteous, and honest.
• Superior negotiation and convincing skills
• Strong outgoing personality
• Excellent math skills
• Experience in attending expos and shows
• Trust worthy, trust worthy, trust worthy
• Currently in the UAE
• Able to start work in August 2024
• Clear criminal record
• Recommended by previous employers

Preferred attributes and skills:

• Well versed in content creation
• Photo editing
• Marketing background
• Speaks and writes Italian
• Speaks and writes Arabic
• Ability to travel to Saudi Arabia, Kuwait, and Oman
• Has a home office / work station
