Position Summary:
The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and developing strategic partnerships. This role requires a proactive approach to drive sales growth and enhance our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research: Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify potential business opportunities.
• Lead Generation: Develop and execute strategies to generate leads and convert them into new business.
• Client Relationships: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Collaborate with the sales team to create and implement effective sales strategies and marketing initiatives.
• Networking: Attend industry events, conferences, and networking functions to promote the company and establish connections.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present proposals, negotiate contracts, and close deals to achieve sales targets.
• Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer service, to ensure a cohesive approach to business development.
• Reporting: Track and report on business development activities and results, providing insights for continuous improvement.
