Our client is a leading Saudi Arabian holding company that owns businesses active in the management and operation of industries like hospitality, entertainment, healthcare, fashion retail, etc. We are on the lookout to identify a Business Development & Operations Partner to join their Healthcare division. Reporting Structure: General Manager Qualifications: Experience: 7-8 Years (Min 4-5 years in the KSA) and driving license & own car. Requirements:

• We are looking for someone to oversee their team to maintain relationships with high-value customers, develop up/cross-selling processes and new product ideas, support our responses to bids and tenders and grow business in new and existing markets.
• We are looking for someone able to look at sales and market data and advise their operational teams on new opportunities or proposed changes to our commercial business model.
• This candidate should have worked for a healthcare center/clinic. Preference is an Autism Clinic/Center.

Responsibilities: (Business Development & Operations)

• Develop a growth strategy focused both on financial gain and customer satisfaction
• Conduct research to identify new markets and customer needs
• Arrange business meetings with prospective clients
• Promote the company's products/services addressing or predicting clients' objectives
• Prepare sales contracts ensuring adherence to law-established rules and guidelines
• Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices, etc.
• Provide trustworthy feedback and after-sales support
• Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
• Maintain constant communication with management, staff, and vendors to ensure proper operations of the organization
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols
• Grow the efficiency of existing processes and procedures to enhance and sustain the organization's internal capacity
• Actively pursue strategic and operational objectives
