We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Business Developer with proven expertise in the EMI sector to join our dynamic team. This role is pivotal in driving the growth and expansion of our mobile banking solutions, identifying new business opportunities, and building strategic partnerships to achieve our ambitious goals.

Key Responsibilities

• Strategic Planning : Develop and implement business development strategies to enhance market presence and drive customer acquisition in the mobile banking space.
• Market Research : Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify growth opportunities.
• Partnership Development : Build and maintain relationships with financial institutions, technology partners, and other stakeholders.
• Product Growth : Collaborate with product and marketing teams to tailor offerings and campaigns to target customer segments.
• Sales Leadership : Drive sales efforts, including lead generation, client pitches, and negotiation of contracts.
• Regulatory Compliance : Stay updated on regulatory requirements in the mobile banking and fintech industry to ensure compliance.
• Performance Metrics : Monitor and report on business development initiatives to measure success and refine strategies.

Qualifications

• Experience : Minimum of 5 years of business development experience with an Electronic Money Institute. It would also be preferred to have an extra 2-3 years of business development experience in the mobile banking or fintech sector .
• Education : Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• Skills :
• Strong understanding of mobile banking systems and e-money platforms.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Proven ability to develop and maintain strategic partnerships.
• Analytical mindset with a focus on data-driven decision-making.
