We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Executive to join our Sales & recruitment team. In this role, you will be responsible for driving business growth, establishing relationships with potential clients, and expanding our market presence in the recruitment sector.
Key Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and target potential clients in various industries.
- Develop and execute strategies for business development and lead generation.
- Conduct market research to identify trends and opportunities.
Relationship Management:
- Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
- Understand client needs and tailor recruitment solutions accordingly.
- Act as a primary point of contact for client inquiries and concerns.
Sales and Negotiation:
- Prepare and deliver persuasive presentations to potential clients.
- Negotiate contracts and pricing to secure profitable deals.
- Achieve or exceed sales targets and KPIs.
Collaboration:
- Work closely with the recruitment team to ensure alignment on client requirements.
- Provide feedback to the recruitment team to improve service delivery.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop promotional materials and campaigns.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Track and report on business development activities and outcomes.
- Analyze sales data and market trends to inform strategic decisions.
- Prepare regular reports for management on business development progress.
