Your Role as a Business Development Officer:

We are looking for a passionate and results-driven individual with excellent communication and persuasion skills to join our team. As a Business Development Officer, you will be responsible for onboarding football fields onto the Ole platform, building strong relationships with field owners, and preparing professional company profiles and presentations.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Engage with Football Field Owners:

- Identify and connect with prospective football fields and their owners/managers.

- Conduct field visits (if required) to showcase the app's features and benefits.

2. Convince Field Owners to Join Ole:

- Clearly explain how Ole can solve their challenges and improve their operations.

- Provide tailored solutions that address the specific needs of each field owner.

3. Prepare Professional Profiles and Presentations:

- Create a professional company profile that highlights Ole's vision and benefits.

- Develop engaging and compelling presentations to share with potential clients.

4. Build and Maintain Long-Term Relationships:

- Foster mutually beneficial relationships with field owners to ensure loyalty and collaboration.

- Offer ongoing support and assistance after they join the platform.

5. Collect Feedback for Continuous Improvement:

- Gather insights and feedback from field owners and communicate them to the development team.

Qualifications Required:

- Proven experience in sales, business development, or a related field (experience in sports technology is a plus).

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills.

- Passion for sports, particularly football.

- Ability to work independently, take initiative, and meet targets.

- Strong organizational and time management skills.

- Familiarity with technology and mobile applications.
