We are seeking a proactive and results-driven

Junior Business Development Executive

to join our team in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with clients, and promoting our home healthcare services. This role requires strong communication skills, market research abilities, and a passion for the healthcare industry.

Key Responsibilities:

Identify and develop new business opportunities in the home healthcare sector. Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including hospitals, clinics, insurance companies, and corporate organizations. Promote home healthcare services, including nursing care, physiotherapy, elderly care, and chronic disease management. Conduct market research to understand industry trends, competitors, and customer needs. Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and digital marketing strategies. Assist in developing sales presentations, proposals, and business plans. Work closely with the marketing and operations teams to ensure seamless service delivery. Meet sales targets and contribute to the overall growth of the company. Prepare reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights. Stay updated with healthcare regulations and industry best practices in Dubai.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Healthcare Management, or a related field. 1-2 years of experience in business development, sales, or marketing, preferably in healthcare. Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Knowledge of home healthcare services and industry regulations in the UAE is a plus. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and CRM software. Fluency in English; Arabic is an advantage. Valid UAE driver's license is preferred.
