Levels is an audio, visual, lighting, staging and special effects (AVL) design, supply, distribution, rental and integration company based in the United Kingdom.
Led by a team of passionate sound, lighting and visual enthusiasts, our global staff is made up of industry professionals who have gained varied experiences working across Canada, United Kingdom, Australia, Asia, India and United Arab Emirates. Responsibilities:
Develop and execute effective business-to-business sales strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets in the Hospitality and Entertainment sector (Restaurants, Bars, Nightclubs, Art and Culture, and Entertainment Venues)
Utilize your expertise to identify and generate leads through various channels, including but not limited to Linkedin, online search, and networking events.
Build and maintain strong relationships with potential and existing clients to understand their needs and promote our products/services.
Collaborate with the marketing team to create targeted campaigns and promotional materials.
Conduct market research to stay informed about industry trends and competitor activities.
Prepare and deliver compelling sales presentations to clients, showcasing the value of our products/services.
Negotiate and finalize sales agreements, ensuring mutually beneficial terms for both the company and clients.
Provide regular sales reports and updates to the executive team.
Requirements:
Minimum of 5 years of proven experience in Business-to-Business sales.
Demonstrated success in lead generation through platforms such as Linkedin, online search, and networking.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Strong negotiation and closing skills.
Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
Preferred Qualifications (but not mandatory):
Background in audio visual systems.
Previous experience in the Hospitality and Entertainment industry.
