He/She should come up with innovative techniques of selling to penetrate the market to increase the sales of the stabilized products as well as create a market for the newly launched products.
He/She should constantly communicate with the team members to understand their issues and resolve them. He/She should try to tap their strengths and motivate them to improve on their weak points by providing the necessary training.
He/She should provide an appropriate feedback to the sales manager regarding the performance of his members.
You have to complete your work within given time and need to justify your salary.
He/She is actively involved in recruiting and training the new sales professionals.
To maintain accurate reports of the sales target achieved by each member in the team and help them in achieving their sales target.
To ensure that the sales targets have either been met or exceeded.
To delegate the work according to the priority so that maximum sales are recorded.
To provide refresher trainings periodically to brush up the selling skills and inspire them to achieve more sales.
To be able to tap and identify new potential market areas.
