We are looking for a dynamic Business Development Executive with proven experience in selling garments T shirts, Polo T shirts, Hoodies, etc. The ideal candidate must possess a strong ability to identify and develop new business opportunities, manage client relationships, and drive sales growth in a competitive market. Fluency in English is essential to effectively communicate with a diverse client base. A valid driving license is also required for client visits and regular fieldwork.
Key Responsibilities :
• Sales & Business Development :
• Generate leads, identify prospects, and convert them into long-term clients
• Develop and implement strategies to acquire new clients while expanding business with existing accounts.
• Meet with potential clients to understand their needs and present appropriate garment solutions.
• Create and deliver engaging sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals.
• Negotiate pricing, contracts, and terms to successfully close deals.
• Market Research & Strategy :
• Stay updated on market trends, competitor activities, and emerging customer demands within the industry.
• Analyze customer feedback and market intelligence to adjust sales strategies accordingly.
• Client Relationship Management :
• Maintain and grow relationships with existing customers, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Provide excellent customer service, responding to inquiries and resolving issues promptly.
• Oversee the fulfillment of client orders and manage the delivery process.
• Sales Reporting & Documentation :
• Keep detailed records of sales activities, client communications, and progress toward sales targets.
• Provide regular reports to the management team, including sales forecasts and performance metrics.
• Monitor sales targets, KPIs, and business development initiatives.
• Travel & Client Visits :
• Frequent travel required for client meetings, site visits, and networking events.
• Must possess a valid driving license and be willing to travel within the region.
Requirements :
• Proven experience in selling T shirts, Polo T shirts, Hoodies, etc. garments or related products
• Fluency in English , with strong communication skills
• Valid driving license and access to a vehicle for business-related travel.
• Strong business development, sales, and negotiation skills.
• In-depth knowledge of the Knitwear garment market and industry trends.
• Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and able to work independently.
• Ability to build and maintain strong customer relationships.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM tools.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
