Business Development Officer
Job Description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Arabic-speaking Business Development Officer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, exceptional communication skills, and a deep understanding of the UAE market.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and partners.
• Create and implement effective strategies to drive business growth.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Conduct market research and analysis to identify trends and opportunities.
Qualifications:
• Female
• Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• 3-4 years of experience in business development in the UAE.
• Arabic fluency (spoken and written) is required.
• Experience in a recruitment agency is an advantage.
• Strong negotiation and interpersonal skills.
• Proven ability to achieve and exceed targets.
