Trinity Trading is a chemical distributor based in Dubai with global clients; providing high-quality products and exceptional service. We procure top-quality products from leading manufacturers worldwide to meet manufacturing and production needs across industries such as personal care, pharmaceuticals, cleaning, CBD, food & beverage, pet care, and industrial sectors. We serve both finished product manufacturers in these industries, as well as supply to other distributors of ingredients within these industries.

We are seeking an experienced Business Development Manager to lead our growth initiatives in the chemical distribution sector. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales, a deep understanding of the chemical industry, and a proven track record of developing strategic partnerships.

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the chemical distribution market.
• Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, suppliers, and industry stakeholders.
• Conduct market research to identify trends, customer needs, and competitive landscape.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create effective strategies for lead generation and brand awareness.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations to potential clients and partners.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements to maximize profitability and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Monitor industry developments and regulatory changes that may impact business operations.
• Provide regular reports on sales performance, market conditions, and growth strategies to senior management.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Chemistry, or a related field (Master's preferred).
• 5+ years of experience in business development, sales, or a related role within the chemical industry.
• Strong understanding of chemical products, applications, and market dynamics.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
