Marketer for IT Outsourcing Contracts

Position : Marketer / Sales

Location : Dubai Silicon Oasis

Salary : AED 1000 - 4000 monthly including 20% commission on paid business

Working Hours : 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, Monday to Friday (Occasional Saturdays)

Days Off : Sundays

Key Responsibilities:

1. Sales and Business Development :

- Identify and pursue potential clients for IT outsourcing services.

- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients to understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.

- Create and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.

- Negotiate and close contracts to achieve sales targets.

2. Marketing and Outreach :

- Conduct market research to identify trends, competitor offerings, and potential opportunities.

- Develop and implement effective marketing strategies to attract new clients.

- Utilize various channels, including digital marketing, networking events, and cold calling, to generate leads.

3. Client Management :

- Ensure client satisfaction by providing exceptional service and addressing any concerns promptly.

- Collaborate with internal teams to ensure seamless project execution and delivery.

4. Reporting and Documentation :

- Maintain accurate records of all sales activities, client interactions, and contract negotiations.

- Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback to the management team.

5. Additional Tasks :

- Perform other duties as assigned by the management team to support business objectives.

Working Conditions :

- Work Schedule: The standard workweek is Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. You may be required to work on Saturdays based on business needs. Sundays are designated as days off.

- Compensation: The position offers a salary of AED 1000 - 4000 per month, including commission of 20% on all paid business generated.

Qualifications :

- Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the IT industry.

- Strong understanding of IT outsourcing services and market trends.

- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.

- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

- Results-driven with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.

- Proficiency in using CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
