Job Description

We are seeking a highly motivated and results-driven Business Development Officer to join our team in Dubai. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our client base and driving revenue growth within the UAE's real estate valuation sector.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct in-depth market research to identify new business opportunities and understand client needs within the Dubai real estate market.
• Develop and implement a comprehensive business development strategy aligned with the company's overall goals for real estate valuation services.
• Build strong relationships with potential and existing clients, including developers, investors, financial institutions, legal entities, and government agencies.
• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations that effectively communicate the value proposition of our valuation services.
• Negotiate and finalize contracts with clients to secure new valuation projects.
• Manage and develop a network of industry professionals to generate referrals and leads.
• Track and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure the effectiveness of business development efforts.
• Lead and mentor a team of junior Business Development Associates (if applicable).
• Stay current with market trends, regulations, and valuation best practices in the Dubai real estate sector.

Qualifications:

• Master's degree in Business Administration (MBA) preferred. Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Real Estate, or a related field with relevant experience is also considered.
• Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in business development, preferably within the UAE real estate valuation industry.
• Proven track record of exceeding sales targets and achieving revenue growth objectives.
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills with a focus on building strong client relationships.
• Strong negotiation and relationship-building abilities.
• Demonstrated leadership skills and the ability to motivate and develop a team (if applicable).
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills.
• Valid UAE driver's license and a reliable vehicle are preferred.pen_spark

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)
