Job Description

As a Business Development Officer at J S K Facilities Management Services, you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth and expansion in the competitive facilities management sector in Dubai. You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building relationships with potential clients, and expanding our client base. Your primary focus will be on generating leads, negotiating contracts, and closing deals to meet revenue targets and organizational objectives.

Key Responsibilities:

Market Research and Analysis:

• Conduct thorough market research to identify potential clients and evaluate market trends.
• Analyze competitors' offerings and market positioning to identify opportunities for differentiation.

Business Development Strategy:

• Develop and implement strategic business development plans to achieve growth objectives.
• Identify key sectors and target markets for business expansion.

Lead Generation and Conversion:

• Generate leads through networking, cold calling, and attending industry events.
• Qualify leads and convert them into opportunities for proposals and contracts.

Client Relationship Management:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and stakeholders.
• Understand client needs and requirements to tailor solutions and proposals accordingly.

Proposal Development and Contract Negotiation:

• Prepare compelling proposals and presentations for prospective clients.
• Negotiate terms and conditions of contracts to ensure favorable outcomes for the company.

Sales Forecasting and Reporting:

• Monitor sales pipeline and track activities using CRM software.
• Prepare regular reports on sales performance, revenue forecasts, and market trends.

Requirements:

• Strong understanding of facilities management services and market dynamics.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
