Agile Guards & Surveillance services LLC is seeking a highly motivated and results-oriented Business Development (Sales) Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing relationships with potential clients/customers, and driving growth for the company.
Responsibilities:
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking and lead generation.
• Develop and execute strategic sales plans to achieve company objectives.
• Make sales strategies, contact target customers, introduce company's services and generate new leads.
• Arrange meeting with clients and develop long-term relation.
• Map business strengths with customer needs and generate new income streams.
• Follow-up on submitted quotations and close the deals.
• Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients/customers
• Respond quickly and efficiently to all enquiries in a prompt way.
• Track and report on sales performance and KPIs
Requirements
Minimum 2 years of sales experience in Security Services or Facilities Management industry.
Candidate with good client base will be prioritized.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Good organizational skills, hardworking, self-motivated and a team player.
Ability to work under pressure and strict deadlines.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Excellent negotiation and presentation skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Valid UAE driving license and own car will be an added advantage.
Applicant should be available in Dubai for immediate joining.
Candidates with Facility management /Security/Housekeeping experiences should only apply.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
