We are seeking a proactive and driven Business Development Officer to support the growth strategies of both internal and external stakeholders. The ideal candidate will assist the Business Development Manager (BDM) in developing business processes, expanding client relationships, and executing strategic initiatives. This role involves supporting real estate projects, developing new business opportunities, conducting market research, and ensuring the smooth execution of all business development functions.

Key Responsibilities:

Introduce company services and special projects to new and existing clients. Support business development efforts, including maintaining client relationships and generating new leads. Assist in preparing presentations and proposals for potential clients. Conduct market research and analyze financial data to support business decisions. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution. Develop relationships with stakeholders and clients to enhance company growth. Assist with project feasibility studies and developing business plans for real estate developments. Maintain confidentiality of all BD-related documents and information.

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in business management, finance, marketing, or a related field. Minimum of 2 years of experience in business development or a similar role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and strong analytical, problem-solving, and negotiation skills. Excellent communication and organizational skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple projects.
