Business Development Executive - Jointly Owned Property Management/Home Owners Association (HOA)

We are seeking a motivated and experienced Business Development Executive specializing in Jointly Owned Property Management and Home Owners Association (HOA) management. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, nurturing relationships with property developers, and ensuring compliance with Dubai Real Estate Regulatory Agency (RERA) guidelines. They will play a key role in expanding the company's portfolio and establishing strategic partnerships in the Dubai real estate sector.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Reporting to the Business Head, the candidate would have to identify business development opportunities and prepare an action plan to achieve the goals.

2. He/she will possess good understanding of the Jointly Owner Property (JOP) & Property Management (PM) Market in UAE.

3. Visit Freehold areas in Dubai to identify under construction buildings and meet with the senior person on site to gather details for the decision makers in the developer's office to meet and discuss regarding further business opportunities

4. Visit areas within other Emirates of UAE to identify business opportunities for JOP or PM management

5. This person will be tasked to follow up on leads with developers/banks/investors on the ground in UAE and acquisition of Community Management companies.

6. Effective lead generation and credentials pitch, followed by outreach through meetings, calls, communication and follow-up, to maintain and build active pipeline.

7. Developing and implementing sales plan to drive external growth. This will include contacting the right divisions/contacts.

8. Serving as main contact for investors, landlords/owners and developers.

9. Articulate to clients & prospects the benefits of JOP & PM and educate them about new ideas and new ways of thinking.

10. Assembling/presenting management proposals to third party owners and negotiating management contracts.

11. Assist in technical proposals, capability and staffing sections and other areas as appropriate; contribute to the technical approach sections of proposals as required.

12. Gain and share understanding of prospect's organization, processes, business strategies, product or service offerings and decision-making structures and conduct market intelligence and analysis on selected targets and competitors.

13. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and potential business growth areas.

14. Develop and execute effective sales and marketing strategies to increase client base and market share.

15. Attend industry events, conferences, and meetings to represent the company and expand professional network.

Requirements:

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Real Estate Management, or a related field.

Experience:

Minimum 2 years of experience in a similar role within Jointly Owned Property Management, HOA management, or real estate business development. Proven record of connections and working relationships with developers and a strong understanding of RERA regulations. Strong communication and negotiation skills, with an ability to build rapport quickly. Excellent organizational skills, with a results-driven and proactive approach. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and familiarity with CRM tools.

Preferred Qualifications:

Professional certification in real estate or property management. Knowledge of the Dubai real estate market, particularly in Property Management, JOPM and HOA management.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
