Job Summary:
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Business Development & Marketing Manager to spearhead the marketing and sales of our Pre-Engineered Buildings (PEB) solutions in Dubai. The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying business opportunities, building strong relationships with consultants, architects, and warehouse owners, and driving revenue growth. This role requires strong networking, marketing, and client relationship skills to establish a solid customer base and bring projects from Dubai to our factory in India for execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience (3-7 years) in sales, business development, or marketing in the construction/steel industry, preferably PEB or steel structure projects.
Strong network in the construction, real estate, and industrial sectors in UAE.
Ability to understand and explain technical concepts related to steel structures, warehouses, and factory buildings.
Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
Strong project management and coordination skills to align Dubai-based clients with the factory team in India.
Proficiency in CRM software, digital marketing tools, and MS Office.
Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented with a drive to generate revenue.
Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Architecture, Business Administration, or related field is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Business Development & Sales:
Identify and engage with consultants, architects, contractors, warehouse owners, industrialists, and real estate developers to generate leads.
Build a strong network of key decision-makers and influencers in the construction and industrial sectors.
Present and pitch PEB solutions to potential clients, demonstrating expertise and value in cost-effective steel structure construction.
Develop and execute sales strategies to acquire new projects and expand business in the UAE market.
Negotiate and finalize contracts while maintaining profitability and long-term relationships.
2. Marketing & Brand Awareness:
Develop a marketing plan to promote the company's pre-engineered steel structures.
Maintain and update the company website, ensuring it highlights completed projects, capabilities, and success stories.
Utilize digital marketing, LinkedIn networking, and industry events to boost company visibility.
Create marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, and case studies to showcase expertise.
3. Client & Project Coordination:
Act as the bridge between Dubai clients and the factory in India, ensuring smooth project execution.
Gather client requirements, coordinate with the factory for design and production, and manage project timelines.
Assist in logistics and installation planning for projects executed in Dubai.
Ensure high client satisfaction by resolving issues, addressing concerns, and ensuring timely deliveries.
4. Market Research & Strategy Development:
Conduct market research to understand demand for PEB structures in UAE, industry trends, and competition.
Identify new sectors where PEB solutions can be applied and suggest strategies for expansion.
Prepare weekly/monthly reports on leads, conversions, and market trends for the management team.
