About the Role :
We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Business Development Manager to join our team in Dubai. This role is focused on driving growth, securing new clients, and increasing revenue within the Security Services division. The ideal candidate will have a strong network of industry contacts, a deep understanding of tendering processes across various Emirates, and the ability to cultivate relationships with key decision-makers. Attending industry events and networking will be essential for success in this position.
Key Responsibilities :
• Achieve and surpass sales targets for the assigned business unit.
• Identify and target key clients to drive business growth.
• Develop a clear understanding of our service differentiators to tailor pitches effectively.
• Collaborate with internal teams to develop customized solutions for clients.
• Build and maintain strong client relationships, serving as the primary point of contact for sales inquiries.
• Ensure compliance with all internal processes, including order validation and CRM systems.
• Oversee contract negotiations, collaborating with legal and commercial teams to finalize agreements.
• Analyze client requirements, including RFPs, scopes of work, and tender documents, to support bidding processes.
• Partner with the pricing team to ensure accurate proposals, securing necessary approvals before submission.
Qualifications and Skills :
• 3+ years of sales experience in security services or relevant industry experience.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills.
• Proficient in MS Office and CRM tools.
• Self-motivated, target-oriented, and resilient under pressure.
