We are seeking an enthusiastic and proactive Business Development Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will lead initiatives to generate and engage with business partners to build new business for the company. This individual will be focused and possess strong communication skills. They should be able to think critically when making plans and have a demonstrated ability to execute strategies effectively.

Responsibilities:

Identify partnership opportunities

Develop new relationships to grow the business and help the company expand

Maintain and nurture existing business relationships

Think critically when planning to ensure project success

Collaborate with internal teams to align business development strategies with company goals

Monitor industry trends and market conditions to identify new business opportunities

Prepare and present business development reports and proposals to management

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience

3 - 4 years of prior industry-related business development experience

Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Proven knowledge and execution of successful development strategies

Focused and goal-oriented

Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Proficiency in using CRM software and other business development tools

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED5,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month

Experience:

• Business development: 3 years (Required)
• Marketing industry business development: 3 years (Required)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Required)
