Job description We are expanding our global presence and seeking a talented and experienced Business Development who is fluent in French & Spanish to join our team. This individual will play a pivotal role in driving business growth, establishing strategic partnerships, and expanding our market reach. Position Overview: As a Business Development Coordinator at GazMin, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing, and nurturing client relationships, and driving revenue growth in all projects. This role requires a results-driven professional with a deep understanding of the business sector, excellent communication skills, and the ability to navigate complex business landscapes. Key Responsibilities:
  • Market Research and Analysis:
Conduct thorough market research to identify potential business opportunities. Analyze industry trends, competitive landscapes, and customer needs to inform business development strategies.
  • Client Acquisition and Relationship Management:
Identify and engage with potential clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, ensuring customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Strategic Partnership Development:
Identify and pursue strategic partnerships to enhance our market position and expand our product/service offerings. Collaborate with internal teams to negotiate and finalize partnership agreements.
  • Sales and Revenue Generation:
Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve revenue targets. Lead sales presentations, negotiations, and contract discussions to secure new business deals.
  • Cross-functional Collaboration:
Collaborate with marketing, product development, and other internal teams to align business strategies and ensure seamless execution. Provide insights and feedback to contribute to product/service enhancements based on market demands. Qualifications:
  • Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA preferred).
  • Proven track record of successful business development and sales.
  • Fluency in French & Spanish, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Strong analytical and strategic thinking abilities.
  • Ability to travel domestically and internationally as needed.
Experience:
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience in business development, sales, or related roles.
  • Demonstrated success in achieving and exceeding sales targets.
