We are offering you to join our team as a Business Development Manager with project management functions (Project Logistics Department) in our branch in Abu Dhabi!


Main responsibilities:


• Business Development & Market Expansion:

+ Identify and develop new business opportunities in project logistics, focusing on HL/OOG and complex cargo solutions.
+ Lead sales efforts, including prospecting, client engagement, and contract negotiations, to drive revenue growth and market expansion.
• Client Relationship Management:

+ Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, acting as a trusted advisor for technical and logistical challenges.
+ Ensure high levels of client satisfaction and repeat business by delivering exceptional service and value-added solutions.
• Project Management:

+ Oversee the execution of logistics projects, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and budget.
+ Manage project risks and compliance while maintaining structured documentation and up-to-date forecasts.
+ Oversee budgeting, financial planning, and reporting, ensuring profitability and cost control.Track project costs and revenue, identifying areas for financial improvement.
• Technical Solutions & Project Planning:

+ Develop and implement tailored technical solutions for complex project logistics, including route surveys, lifting plans, and cargo securing strategies.
+ Provide expertise in engineering solutions for HL/OOG cargo, ensuring safety and compliance with industry standards.

Our expectations:



• 5+ years of experience in OOG or heavy-lift logistics , preferably within an international context.
• Strong knowledge of logistics and supply chain management, particularly in the context of industrial projects.
• Experience with the projects in the Middle East.
• Excellent negotiation, communication, and presentation skills .
• Ability to build and maintain strong client relationships.
• Deep knowledge of transportation with Project Cargo .
• Preference to the candidates with own portfolio of contacts/Customers.
