Job Title: Business Development Manager (Interior Industry)

Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Business Development Manager with extensive experience in the interior industry. The ideal candidate will drive business growth by developing strategic partnerships, identifying new business opportunities, and nurturing existing client relationships.

Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute strategic plans to achieve sales targets and expand our customer base within the interior industry.
• Identify market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to develop actionable strategies.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients, architects, interior designers, and industry influencers.
• Lead negotiations and contract development to ensure favorable terms and conditions for the company.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create compelling sales materials and campaigns that resonate with target audiences.
• Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to optimize strategies and achieve business goals.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to provide strategic recommendations to the management team.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Proven track record of at least 3 years in business development within the interior industry.
• Strong understanding of interior design trends, materials, and project lifecycle.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and networking skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, changing environment.
• Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
• Willingness to travel as needed

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From AED6,000.00 per month

Experience:

• business development manager in UAE: 3 years (Preferred)

License/Certification:

• UAE Driving License (Preferred)
