Job Description

Qatari based Consulting Company is looking out for a Business Development Manager from the Recruitment industry for Middle level and Senior Level Positions for UAE location. Candidate should be on freelance or Husband or Wife Visa . This option is work from Home as Our Company does not have a Office Presence in UAE .

Identifying potential clients and markets for the recruitment services.
Building and maintaining strong relationships with clients and understanding their hiring needs.
Developing and implementing strategies to attract new clients.
Collaborating with the recruitment team to ensure client requirements are met.
Negotiating contracts and agreements with clients.
Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions.
Providing regular reports and updates to management on business development activities and progress.

A successful BDM in the recruitment industry in the UAE would need to have a strong understanding of the local market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and a proven track record in business development. Experience in the recruitment industry and knowledge of relevant laws and regulations would also be beneficial.Job Type: Full-timeSalary: AED15,000.00 - AED20,000.00 per monthExperience:
