Vertical: Small & Medium Business (SMB)We are looking for an energetic & an experienced Business Development person to join our team in UAE. If you are interested to explore this great opportunity, kindly let us know.JOB RESPONSIBILITIES\xe2\x97\x8f Developing SMB growth strategies and plans for existing & new clients to meet/exceed the revenue targets
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing and retaining relationships with existing clients
\xe2\x97\x8f Increasing the client base/new logos (whitespace)
\xe2\x97\x8f Develop strategies to convert adhocs clients to the subscription model
\xe2\x97\x8f Having an in-depth knowledge of the RI products and value proposition
\xe2\x97\x8f Identifying and mapping business strengths and client needs
\xe2\x97\x8f Researching business opportunities and viable revenue streams
\xe2\x97\x8f Managing the sales process end to end, from prospecting to closure
\xe2\x97\x8f Following industry events & trends locally and internationally
\xe2\x97\x8f Drafting and reviewing contracts/proposals
\xe2\x97\x8f Reporting on successes and areas needing improvements
\xe2\x97\x8f Liaising with internal stakeholders and teams to ensure client delivery and satisfactionQualifications\xe2\x97\x8f High-level communication skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Stakeholder management skills
\xe2\x97\x8f Proven ability to negotiate
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience with design and implementation of business development strategy
\xe2\x97\x8f Conflict resolution
\xe2\x97\x8f The ability to self-motivate and motivate a team
\xe2\x97\x8f Experience working to and exceeding targetsEducation & Experience Requirements:
\xe2\x97\x8f University degree or equivalent experience
\xe2\x97\x8f Strong analytical mind and excellent numerical skills
\xe2\x97\x8f 3+ years of experience in sales & client managementPreference:
