This role requires a deep understanding of logistics operations, industry products, and services. The candidate will be expected to develop and implement sales strategies that meet the company\'s growth objectives in the assigned regions.Key Responsibilities:Identify and develop new business opportunities within the freight forwarding sector (Air and Sea) across Bahrain, Dubai, Sharjah, Hamriyah, Ras Al Khaimah, and Abu Dhabi.Build and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring the company\'s services meet their needs.Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and negotiations to secure new clients and contracts.Achieve or exceed sales targets by implementing effective sales strategies and maintaining a high level of market awareness.Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and client satisfaction.Keep up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments.Manage the entire sales process from lead generation to closing deals.Monitor sales performance and provide regular reports to management.Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the company\'s service offerings and advise clients accordingly.Qualifications and Experience:Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in freight forwarding sales, specifically in Air and Sea freight.A solid understanding of logistics operations, the freight forwarding industry, and associated products & services.Dangerous Goods sales experience highly preferredDangerous Good Class 4.1.E. Certification highly preferredProven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets within the logistics industry.Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships with a diverse client base.
