We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement a growth strategy focused on both financial gain and customer satisfaction.
• Conduct market research to identify new markets and understand customer needs.
• Arrange and conduct business meetings with prospective clients to explore opportunities.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with new and existing customers.
• Guide and develop entry-level staff into highly effective salespeople.
• Demonstrate a proven track record in business development, including successful cargo consolidation strategies.

Requirements:

• Experience: 10+ years in Cargo Consolidation ,
• Market knowledge .
• Negotiation Skills.
• License: Valid UAE driving license.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to AED10,000.00 per month

Experience:

• business development manager: 10 years (Preferred)
• Business Developments: 1 year (Preferred)
