We are looking for an experienced Business Development Manager with a proven background in the UAE market to secure new clients and drive business growth. This role offers a 5% profit share on successful client conversions ,

Key Responsibilities:

• Identify, prospect, and secure new clients, particularly in the UAE market .
• Leverage your UAE experience and local network to generate leads and close deals.
• Develop strategies to expand our business presence in the Middle East , alongside our operations in the UK and India.
• Build strong relationships with key decision-makers and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with technical and delivery teams to ensure client satisfaction.
• Provide consistent updates and reports on business development progress.

Requirements:

• Proven experience in IT sales or business development, with a strong focus on the UAE market .
• An established network and ability to convert leads into successful client partnerships.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver results quickly and meet sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
• Experience with IT services like Software Testing, Web Development, App Development, and UI/UX Design is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and thrive in a target-driven environment.
