Job Summary: The Business Development Manager will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with clients, and driving revenue growth. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in business development, excellent communication skills, and a strategic mindset.
Key Responsibilities:
• Identify and develop new business opportunities through market research, networking, and lead generation.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners, and stakeholders.
• Develop and implement strategic business plans to achieve sales targets and expand the company's customer base.
• Conduct market analysis to identify trends, competitor activities, and potential areas for growth.
• Prepare and deliver compelling presentations and proposals to prospective clients.
• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure successful project execution and client satisfaction.
• Monitor and report on sales performance, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to maintain a competitive edge.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field. An MBA is a plus.
• Proven experience as a Business Development Manager or in a similar role, preferably in the Automobile sector.
• Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer needs.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Willingness to travel as needed.
