Business Development Manager

to help take our salon to the next level. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced professional to make a real impact in a thriving industry.

Job Summary:



The

Business Development Manager

will be responsible for identifying growth opportunities, expanding our client base, increasing revenue, and building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and partners. You will drive strategic initiatives to promote the salon, improve profitability, and enhance the overall customer experience. The role requires a blend of sales, marketing, and strategic planning, combined with a passion for the beauty industry.

Key Responsibilities:



Strategic Planning:

Develop and execute strategies to achieve business growth, improve brand visibility, and enhance customer retention.

Sales & Marketing:

Lead the development of marketing campaigns, including social media strategies, email marketing, local promotions, and partnerships. Ensure consistent brand messaging.

Client Acquisition & Retention:

Identify and attract new clients while ensuring excellent service to retain existing ones. Develop customer loyalty programs and feedback systems.

Business Partnerships:

Build strong relationships with local businesses, influencers, and suppliers to explore collaboration opportunities.

Performance Tracking:

Monitor key performance indicators (KPIs) such as revenue, customer satisfaction, and growth metrics. Provide reports and recommendations to senior management.

Staff Training & Development:

Work with the team to ensure staff are well-trained in customer service, upselling, and product knowledge. Foster a motivated and high-performing team culture.

Budget Management:

Oversee the marketing and development budget, ensuring effective allocation of resources.

Industry Trends:

Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitor activity, and new products to ensure the salon remains competitive.

Key Requirements:



Proven experience in business development, sales, or marketing, ideally within the beauty or salon industry. Strong understanding of salon operations and customer service excellence. Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills. Demonstrated ability to develop and execute successful sales and marketing strategies. Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a hands-on approach. Proficient in using social media platforms, CRM systems, and Microsoft Office. Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize effectively. Passion for the beauty industry and a strong network of contacts is a plus. Experience in budget management and performance tracking.
