Job Summary:
The Business Development Executive will be responsible for driving sales and marketing efforts to promote our carpentry services. This role involves identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining client relationships, and developing strategic sales plans to achieve company goals.
Key Responsibilities:
• Market Research & Analysis: Conduct market research to identify potential clients, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
• Lead Generation: Generate new business leads through various channels, including networking, referrals, online research, and cold calling.
• Client Engagement: Develop and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients. Understand their needs and propose tailored carpentry solutions.
• Sales Strategy: Create and implement effective sales strategies to achieve sales targets. Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics.
• Marketing Campaigns: Plan and execute marketing campaigns, including online and offline channels, to promote our carpentry services.
• Proposal Development: Prepare and present compelling business proposals, quotes, and contracts to clients.
• Negotiation & Closing: Negotiate terms and close sales deals with clients, ensuring mutual satisfaction.
• Collaboration: Work closely with the carpentry team to ensure client requirements are understood and met. Coordinate with other departments for seamless project execution.
• Reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions. Provide regular reports on sales performance and market feedback.
Qualifications:
• Experience: Proven experience in sales and marketing, preferably in the carpentry or construction industry.
• Education: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
• Skills:
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships.
• Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.
• Knowledge of carpentry products and services is a plus.
